eSsenTials A Way of Being Raks
eSsenTials - is an exercise program bases on the fundament movements and principals
of Egyptian dance. It also incorporate various disciplines of body awareness including
Alexander Technique, Mind Body Centring, Breath Work, Anatomy, Visualisation and
Yoga. Raks eSsenTials - is a set of movements and patterns that are generated
from the abdomen and radiate from the navel following the natural directional
curves of the spine. These curves then become circles and spirals. Raks
eSsenTials - involves static and moving poses. That are initiated from the breath
and the movement of joints and bones. Raks eSsenTials - isn't a dance
class. But any one involved in any form of dance will benefit for the exercise
program, particularly Egyptian of Belly Dancers. Raks eSsenTials - is
a play between Soft Feminine flowing movements and the Sharp masculine movements
that are the essence of Egyptian Dance Raks eSsenTials - is good for
all age groups and any level of fitness Raks eSsenTials was devised by
me, from many years of experience in Middle Eastern dance and the exploration
of other somatic disciplines. Time required Min 1 1/2 hours.
