Maria and Claudia return with their popular Mother’s Day Workshop
– bringing together women of all ages and generations, shapes and sizes
for a morning of Egyptian Dance and Afro Funk/Hip Hip.

Mums do Egyptian - Daughters do Funk, or the other way round!!

The morning consists of a fun and gentle one-and-a-half hour dance and activity session
followed by morning tea and live music.

Everyone is welcome!
mums, daughters, sisters, nieces, godmothers,
aunties and grannies of all ages and fitness levels!

Followed by 1/2 an hour of entertainment and refreshments
